Sejila Mountain Pass
Situated in Bayi District, Nyingchi City, Sejila Mountain Pass sits on the core southern Sichuan-Xizang stretch of China National Highway 318 at an altitude of 4,728 meters, serving as an iconic landmark of Sejila National Forest Park. Geographically belonging to the eastern Nyenchen Tanglha Mountains, the pass forms the natural watershed separating the Nyang River and Parlung Tsangpo River basins, and functions as a vital geographic barrier guiding warm, moist Indian Ocean monsoon into southeast Xizang.
